Calibration
Calories are calibrated from profile data plus the selected motion source. Hybrid fusion blends phone and watch motion without counting the same movement twice.
Runtime
Full training scoring is live. Manual pause is scaffolded only in this pass.
Pause mode v1 is manual-first. BLE awareness, checkpointing, and graph continuity stay armed while training scoring is suppressed.
Energy model uses profile-adjusted MET + heart-rate reserve.

For the most stable KCAL tracking, keep weight, height, age, and sensor mode accurate before starting a session.
The app reconnects the remembered PRIMARY (left) wearable automatically. Use the header button for the first pair or to reconnect after it was re-authorized.
Changes are saved locally immediately. When authenticated, the profile is also synced to the current WordPress account.
